West Philadelphia has its own culinary style. Some of the most unique dining experiences in Philadelphia are nearby:?

LULU
Bubble tea (ok “milk tea”), cappuccino, wifi and a front row seat to Walnut Street.

Dahlang
A family business which serves a mixture of Southeast Asian cuisines conceived and overseen by the matriarch which is located at the corner of Walnut and 47th Street!

The Farmacy
Our favorite place for brunch in Philadelphia. Unfortunately, we are not alone, so be patient.

Local 44
Neighborhood craft beer bar with tasty chow and a killer little Bottle Shop. Their words but true.

Saads
OK, we are sharing this with you because you’re a friend. This is the best middle eastern at a very reasonable price behind a very modest façade. Saad is there everyday.

Manakeesh
We eat here at least twice a week. Delicious Lebanese cuisine, baklava and smoothies.  A lot of baklava.

Koch's
Old world charm - or not, depending on their mood - with excellent large (like really large) sandwiches. You will want to go frequently to enjoy “regular” status.?

Honest Toms
Best burritos in West Philly. Plus they always give you the correct change.

Tampopo
An intimate Korean/Japanese cuisine which Yelp reviews often start with some version of “ I feel I should let everyone l know about this treasure but I selfishly want to keep it a secret…”

Ethio Café & Carry Out
Delicious typical East African fare, very well executed prepared by family members. Really tasty. If you haven’t tried it, you are in for a treat.

Greenline Café
A West Philly institution. Great coffee, everything from vegan fare to donuts and our favorite Gunpowder Green tea. Also wifi and plenty of comfortable chairs. Loft Apartments for Rent in Philadelphia

Center for Culinary Enterprises
A kitchen incubator with frequent culinary events and a rotating restaurant space featuring young entrepreneurs pushing the boundaries of conventional cuisine.

Clark Park
An oasis in West Philly, which we feel is already kind of an oasis. It also boasts a beautiful farmers market from 10am-2pm every Saturday year round, and on Thursdays from 3pm-7pm June-November. Pick up your fruits & veggies, goat cheeses, fresh cut flowers and more from the local vendors.
